Eric received his undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science at Utah Valley State College and his master's degree in Social Work at Brigham Young University. He also spent many years working with his grandpa on the farm, tending to animals, bailing hay, and driving the tractor. Eric loves the rural setting of Silverado Boys Ranch, as it brings back many of the lessons he learned through hard work and hard play; he now has the exciting opportunity to teach these same concepts to the students of Silverado.
- Eric has been married to his wife Shannon for eighteen years and is the proud father of three sons and two daughters. Eric does his best to keep up with his kids as they enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, horseback riding, baseball, and fishing.

Cell: 435-238-0280 - Tony grew up in Ogden, Utah and attended Ogden and Washington high schools. After graduating in 1993 he became a carpenters apprentice while working towards his Journeyman status. Upon that achievement, Tony worked as a carpenter in Salt Lake City for ten years.
- Tony battled with drug addiction for most of his teen years and well into early adulthood. At the ripe old age of 26, he entered rehab and started his life in recovery. The next four years went well; Tony married and began attending Weber State University in the program of respiratory therapy, and studying microbiology with an emphasis in epidemiology and public health. Tony’s long-term plan is to become a therapist, as his gift is to help others.
- His approach to recovery from addiction is “I am not responsible for my disease, but only for my recovery! And that I keep what I have by giving it away as freely as it was given to me”.
- Tony utilizes the traditional 12-step model in his personal life and at Silverado with the students. Tony emphasizes working the first four steps and a relapseprevention& recovery plan while students are in treatment at SA. Tony is a big believer that “we can’t keep what we have unless we give it away”.
